Cancellation & Refund Policy

Scope

GovJob.Cloud provides digital services including online quizzes, mock tests, and learning resources for government job exam preparation. This policy explains how subscriptions can be cancelled and when refunds are issued.

Cancellation

  • Self-cancellation: Users may cancel their subscription anytime from the account dashboard or by emailing help@govjob.cloud using the registered email.
  • Effect of cancellation: Access remains active until the end of the current billing period. No charges will occur after cancellation.
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refund Eligibility

  • Technical failure: Persistent platform issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved by our support team.
  • Duplicate/incorrect charge: Accidental multiple billing or incorrect amount charged.
  • Non-delivery: Paid premium access not provisioned to the account within a reasonable time.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, dissatisfaction with quiz difficulty/content, or if significant usage has occurred after purchase. Promotional/complimentary access is non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

  • Email help@govjob.cloud within 7 days of purchase or issue.
  • Include order ID/transaction ID, registered email/phone, and a brief description (with screenshots if applicable).

Review & Timelines

  • Acknowledgement: We respond within 2–5 business days.
  • Resolution: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (bank timelines may vary).
  • Where partial periods are refunded (if applicable), the amount is prorated.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Subscriptions after the 7-day window or after significant usage.
  • One-time fees, limited-time promotions, or discounted bundles unless legally required.
  • Payment gateway convenience fees and taxes may be non-refundable as per provider rules.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you raise a chargeback with your bank, access may be paused while the investigation is in progress. Contact us first so we can help resolve issues quickly.
